THE POSITION OF: Tyler Software Support Specialist
DEPARTMENT/DIVISION: Finance/Information Technology
CLASSIFICATION: Management
PAY RATE: $50,000.00 Annually

Position Summary

The Tyler Software Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support and instruction to end users of Tyler Software effectively over the telephone and through email.  Software Support Specialist will collaborate with their team to implement best practices for end user satisfaction. This position will provide day-today support to our end users and other departments as needed.

Typical job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Support the successful administration, maintenance, integration, and onboarding for Tyler Software
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Tyler Software
  • Be the first point of contact to provide resolution of all end user technical queries
  • Works closely with the IT team to continually improve the end user experience based on feedback received
  • Track and own tickets through to resolution when issues are not able to be resolved on a first contact
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments & deliverables effectively
  • Provide software troubleshooting for end users
  • Work on projects as assigned (e.g., form design and report changes)
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

    Minimum Qualifications

    Educational/Experience Requirements

    • Accounting or Code enforcement background
    • Willingness to learn the IT side of software
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Good time management
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially excel
