43rd Annual PELRAS Conference

Join us from Wednesday, February 26 – Friday, February 28 at the HERSHEY LODGE AND CONVENTION CENTER for the premiere training forum for public sector employees in the Commonwealth. Over 20 labor relations specialists address key issues via panel discussions, in-depth seminars, case examples, role-playing and Q&A sessions supplemented with a comprehensive reference manual, access to PELRAS attorneys, and networking opportunities with municipal administrators throughout the state.
Once you have submitted your registration for the conference, you can make your overnight accommodation at the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center. *UPDATE: The HERSHEY LODGE AND CONVENTION CENTER HAS A LIMITED NUMBER OF ROOMS AVAILABLE. The group block closed on January 13, 2025.

*Arrangements have been made at the Hilton Garden Inn Hershey for overflow rooms. The cut-off date is Sunday, February 9. If you are unable to make a reservation at The Lodge, please contact the Hilton Garden Inn in Hershey. The room rate is $105 plus 11% tax (1-2 adults, $10 each for additional adults). The deadline for cancellations at the Hilton Garden Inn is 72-hours prior to arrival date.

Conference registrations MUST be received in order to make hotel reservations. This ensures that only registered attendees have access to the event room block. The hotel will be accepting one reservation per person.

The League has a new member portal! If you haven’t already done so, you will need to establish your account in order to register. Please refer to the short video below for step-by-step instructions.
Once you login – click on the “events” link in the upper right corner and scroll down until you find PELRAS events. Please note if you are a LEAGUE/PELRAS MEMBER and registering multiple attendees, to receive the benefit of one discounted registration rate, please register the first attendee separately to ensure your first registration is at the discounted price. Once the first attendee is registered, you can then register using the open-ended group option.
Registration cancellations must be made in writing to Marcia Cavanagh at mcavanagh@pml.org by February 12, 2025. Refunds will be processed less a $50 administrative fee for cancellations made on in writing or before February 12, 2025. Cancellations will not be accepted and refunds will not be processed after February 12, 2025. Registration officially closes on Wednesday, February 12, 2025.
