Part-Time Administrative Specialist – Media Borough

Position Summary

Media Borough is seeking candidates to fill a part-time (25 hours per week) Administrative Specialist position in the Media Police Department. 

The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or GED and one (1) year of clerical record keeping or secretarial work.  Responsibilities include assisting the Police Administrative Manager with tasks related to processing parking ticket payments, addressing complaints, issuing citations and filling in as a crossing guard when needed.

Candidate should have excellent attention to detail, be customer service oriented, and willing to learn and grow in the position. 

The selected candidate must be willing to consent to a police background check and child abuse clearance.
