Urge the House to Vote No on HB 1291

House Bill 1291, introduced by Representative Freeman, fails to bring public notice requirements into the 21st century. It does not provide municipalities with the flexibility to reach more of their constituents, address the costs of advertising, or deal with reduced printing schedules.

The bill was voted out of the House Local Government Committee on February 4. Help us express our opposition to the bill by sending a letter to your Representative.
