PennBid (Apex PM Solutions, LLC) is seeking a personable, energetic professional to support our team as a Marketing & Client Onboarding Specialist. Based in Northampton County, PA, PennBid supports local governments, educational institutions, and design firms across Pennsylvania through our leading online bid management system. Since 2009, our focus has been on exceptional communication, proactive support, and helping our partners succeed.
Role Summary
Working closely with the Principal, you will collaborate across marketing, onboarding, training, and client development, while also supporting operations as needed. This versatile role is ideal for someone who enjoys teamwork and making a positive impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Welcome new users, manage intake forms, and coordinate account setup for a smooth onboarding process.
- Training & Support: Provide engaging training (web-based), follow-up with new users, track early usage, and assist with project setup as needed.
- Marketing: Track/report marketing KPIs, manage campaigns (using tools like Constant Contact), and analyze results.
- Training Materials: Create and update training guides and online videos, support external training efforts, and manage Quick Start Guides.
- Website & Content: Update website content (events, articles, resources), handle periodic maintenance, and manage publication of articles and ads.
- Event Coordination: Manage registrations, deadlines, speaking opportunities, and ensure PennBid’s presence at key events.
Who We’re Looking For
- Energetic, outgoing, detail-oriented, and passionate about public service.
- Strong communicator with a proactive approach to client support.
- Marketing, training, or project coordination and public sector experience/interest is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a small, collaborative team.
