Recently, HUD has made available two very useful guides to assist grantees in administering Community Development Block Grant-CARES (CDBG-CV) funds. Please take time to review the information provided in these guides.

Second Quarter Reporting
Second quarter reporting is due by July 15th. If you haven’t already done so, please enter your reinvestment statistics here.
As a reminder, reporting is a requirement of DCED Keystone Communities designation and for national accreditation with the National Main Street Center and state accreditation with Pennsylvania Downtown Center for Elm Street programs.

KCP Competitive Funding Round is Open!
The application for the next DCED Keystone Communities competitive funding round opens July 1, 2021 through August 31, 2021.
Please note – if you submitted an application for the previous round of funding and haven’t yet heard back, you do not need to re-submit for that same project but can apply for a different project this round. More information available on their website.
