Stephanie Mason from Doylestown has been elected the ICMA President-Elect! A long-time ICMA Credentialed Manager, Mason has been active in the association for many years. She served on the ICMA Executive Board as NE regional VP from 2016 -2019 and has served on the ICMA Credentialing Advisory Board since 2020. Her service has been recognized with the ICMA Appreciation of Service Award and ICMA’s 35-year local government service recognition, as well as statewide honors including the Association of Pennsylvania Municipal Management Past President’s Award.

Serious crashes involving people walking, rolling, and bicycling continue to rise, prompting new efforts to expand vulnerable road user (VRU) safety education across PA. City of York Opens Application Period for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Program Funding – Eligible nonprofit organizations, affordable housing developers, community partners, and other qualified entities are encouraged to apply for funding. Applications are available online through the City of York website. All completed applications must be submitted to the Department of Economic & Community Development no later than Friday, July 31.
