Support House Bill 2488 – Increasing the Local Services Tax
Representatives Ismail Smith-Wade-El and Jamie Flick introduced House Bill 2488 proposing an increase to the Local Services Tax (LST). Currently, the tax is capped at $52. The legislation would increase the cap to $156, providing all municipalities with the option to decide if an increase would help their fiscal outlook. Please reach out to your Representative and ask them to support this important measure!
