Advocacy
Oppose Local Zoning Preemption Bills
House Bill 2109 and House Bill 2186, recently passed out of the House Housing and Community Development Committee, would preempt local zoning authority. The bills are a product of the administration’s Housing Action Plan and they await further consideration on the House floor. Please reach out to your Representative to ask them to oppose these bills! The letter can be modified to include local information.
