For your awareness, a new RACP funding round window opened on Friday, August 29, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. and will close Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Please see information for the Pre-Award Process and application link.
There are a number of resources available on the BEAD Program page, including updated FAQs, a list of eligible Broadband Serviceable Locations (BSLs), Broadband Serviceable Areas (BSAs), Community Anchor Institutions (CAIs), and application templates.
Please note: PBDA recently updated the BEAD Project BSA/BSL/CAI Worksheet, on 7.23.25. If you have been working off a previous version, please be sure to visit the Template Library and download the updated version for submission with your application. Additionally, applicants are encouraged to review the Right to Know Law (RTKL) and PBDA’s FAQs if seeking to have its application and materials exempt from disclosure under Pennsylvania’s RTKL.
