Our interest rate is currently 4.0% (subject to change) with a term for up to 35 years. If your facility is located in a municipality with a population under 20K and you are looking for an affordable way to construct/repair infrastructure then we should talk!
Public Bodies and Non-Profits are eligible for USDA funding for projects including Hospitals, Food Banks, Administrative Offices, Historical Societies, Libraries, Courthouses, Radio Equipment projects, Prisons and Prison Release Centers, and much more!
