The League Recognizes Cornerstone Wealth Advisory & Insurance Services, LLC with Community Partnership Award

Bethlehem, PA (October 6, 2023) – Cornerstone Wealth Advisory & Insurance Services, LLC was recognized with the Pennsylvania Municipal League’s annual Community Partnership Award today during an Awards Ceremony held in conjunction with the association’s Municipal Leadership Summit in Bethlehem.

“Congratulations to Cornerstone for receiving the 2023 Community Partnership Award,” said League Executive Director John Brenner. “They have been an active member of the League’s Business Leaders Network and are always working to help local communities make wise financial decisions.”

League President Mayor Michael Lombardo of Pittston presented the award to Patrick Geary, who accepted on behalf of Cornerstone, a member of the League’s Business Leaders Network since 2015.

“I’m extremely grateful and humbled to be receiving this award. My first attendance at a League conference was 27 years ago,” said Geary. “I became a member of the Business Leaders Network over a decade ago for the simple reason that I love what I do and truly enjoy helping people. I know at Cornerstone Wealth & Insurance we are helping our clients, but more importantly their employees because of the extensive training we provide our clients regarding fiduciary oversight and in turn that has provided a substantial reduction in internal cost for the employees giving them much greater wealth upon retirement. At Cornerstone we protect our clients, their assets, and their dreams.”

The League’s Business Leaders Network was established to promote the exchange of ideas between corporate leaders and the leaders of the Commonwealth’s communities, in order to strengthen local government, encourage economic competitiveness and promote corporate/civic engagement. Currently 21 members strong, membership is open to any business entity which is involved with and interested in preserving and reinvesting in the Commonwealth’s communities.

Previous Community Partnership Award recipients include: Comcast, Public Financial Management (PFM), Highmark, Verizon, Utility Service Partners, Maher Duessel, Ballard Spahr, Campbell Durrant, P.C., Constellation, Municipal Benefits Services, Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP, and AT&T.
