New Formula Funding for Metro Areas for Carbon Pollution Reduction Planning: Through the new Carbon Pollution Reduction Grant program under the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, large Metropolitan Statistical Areas will receive $1 million in formula funding to develop, update or evaluate metropolitan plans to reduce climate pollution. EPA Listening Sessions on PFAS Strategic Roadmap: The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will host a series of a virtual listening sessions on the PFAS Strategic Roadmap focused on each EPA Region. NLC Calls on FCC to Protect Residents from Digital Discrimination:  NLC shared comments with the Federal Communications Commission on its plans to address digital discrimination, also commonly known as digital redlining.
