EPA Seeks Comments on Clean Air Act Regulations
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is seeking comment on three forthcoming rulemakings to regulate greenhouse gas emissions from new, modified and existing power plants as the next iteration of the Obama Administration’s Clean Power Plan and the Trump Administration’s Affordable Clean Energy rule. EPA is seeking early feedback on rule development by Nov. 21.
