New White House Bipartisan Infrastructure Law Guidebook

When you heard about the over 300 programs in the infrastructure bill, did you feel like your city might need a guidebook? FEMA Seeks New Members for National Advisory Council
The National Advisory Council includes a geographically diverse and substantive cross-section of 35 members who advise the FEMA Administrator on all aspects of emergency management, ensuring input from and coordination with state, local, tribal and territorial governments, as well as the private and nonprofit sectors. NLC Calls on NTIA to Promote Local Access to Broadband Dollars
In comments to the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), NLC called on the agency to ensure that local governments are fully able to access both direct federal broadband grants and state subgranted funds. NLC also urged NTIA to prioritize access for municipally-owned broadband networks, small communities, and urban and suburban areas. NTIA plans to release Notices of Funding Opportunity in the spring and summer for the new Bipartisan Infrastructure Law-funded programs.
