NLC’s Weekly Advocacy Update – The American Rescue Plan Implementation Update

The U.S. Department of Treasury has laid out initial steps metropolitan cities and non-entitlement units of local government need to take to receive their grants from the American Recovery Plan Act (ARPA). Last month, the President put forth the American Jobs Plan Act, which lays the ground work for conversations that will reimagine infrastructure and rebuild a post-COVID economy.
