Main Street America
The National Main Street Center announced the second round of the HeartBeat of Main Street Grant Program. The program will continue to fund solutions that help small business owners respond and adapt to the COVID-19 pandemic, and also help to revitalize and strengthen older and historic downtown commercial districts.

Mask Up Lebanon
As part of the Lebanon County $12.8 million CARES Act grant, which provides economic relief to businesses and organizations that have been negatively affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, Lebanon County is required to earmark $2.8 million for a public education campaign to encourage mask wearing among county residents.
Lebanon County is looking for organizations to get involved in the MASK UP LEBANON campaign. Approved applicants will receive free signage to promote the campaign and will be eligible for $1,000. For more information visit the MASK UP LEBANON website.
Lebanon County
On October 15th, Lebanon County opened up their second round of CARES Act funding. Applications can be filled out online using LebanonCountyCares.com. If you are unable to fill out an application online, you can pick up and deliver your application to Garcia Garman & Shea, CPA at 216 S 8th Street, Lebanon. All applications must be complete and delivered by 4:00 PM on October 30, 2020.
Applicants denied in the first round are eligible to reapply in the second round. All applications received during the open window will be considered equally. Applications are not first come-first served.
Program Timeline – Phase Two
- October 15 – Grant application opens at 8:00 a.m.
- October 30 – Grant applications are due by 4:00 p.m.
- November 15 – Grant awards for round two will be announced*
- December 30 – Deadline for spending grant funds
