Job Applications: What Should You Ask (And Not Ask!) | Online Training

Presented By

Julie Aquino, Esq. and David Mitchell, Esq.
Campbell Durrant, P.C.

The old saying that “it never hurts to ask” does not apply to job interviews. Done right, job interviews elicit critical information that is needed to evaluate a candidate and give the employer a sense of how the individual would “fit” in its workplace. Done the wrong way, job interviews can be a source of significant employment discrimination liability.

Recorded 6/2014, this session covers the questions that you should never ask in a job interview, as well as outlining the areas where you can and should be asking questions.
