League-sponsored events are held in compliance with all local, state, and federal rules regarding Covid-19 safety measures, including mask wearing and social distancing, that are in effect at the time of the event. Additionally, League-sponsored events follow the rules of the facility where the event is held, including, but not limited to, Covid-19 safety measures required of all patrons of the facility. The League will advise event attendees of the applicable rules relating to Covid-19 safety measures. By checking this box, I agree to abide by all local, state, and federal rules regarding Covid-19 safety measures, as well as the facility’s rules. Further, I represent: (1) I am fully vaccinated against Covid-19 (as defined by the Centers for Disease Control) or, (2) I will wear a mask at all public activities during The League-sponsored event if I am not fully vaccinated. I understand and agree that my failure to comply with any rules related to Covid-19 safety measures, or my failure to wear a mask at all public activities during The League-sponsored event, may be grounds for my exclusion from further attendance at the event.
