As a friend to sustainable initiatives, we are excited to share information for the Pennsylvania Municipal League’s upcoming Fall Sustainability Hybrid Conference being held on Tuesday, November 15 at the Inn at Villanova University located in Radnor, PA with a virtual option available. The biannual Sustainability Conference provides excellent sessions that will include the economics of solar energy project, combating blight, shared energy manager, IIJA Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grants (EECBG), Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Sustainable PA’s new website and assessment program.
Speakers include: Chief Strategic Officer Jim Rodgers, Pittston Mayor Michael Lombardo, Energy Program Specialist Chris Nafe, Deputy Chief of Staff for Federal Affairs and Infrastructure Implementation Coordinator Jac k Groarke, Infrastructure Implementation Coordinator Jessica Shirley, and Sustainable Pittsburgh Senior Program Manager Jim Price.
We look forward to this conference which also allows our municipal leaders to share success stories, best practices and network with other professionals committed to sustainability in local government.
