Position Overview
The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Montgomery is seeking a Program Manager to provide compliance and management of approximately $75 million in local, state, and federal loan and grant funds. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities. Strong attention to detail is critical, particularly when handling financial data, documentation, and deadlines. Knowledge of or familiarity with the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) is strongly preferred, and experience with grant administration, particularly with state (DCED) and federal (EPA) funding sources, is beneficial. This is an excellent opportunity to support the day-to-day operations of a small, fast-paced, and collaborative team.
