Position Overview

The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Montgomery is seeking a Program Manager to provide compliance and management of approximately $75 million in local, state, and federal loan and grant funds. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities. Strong attention to detail is critical, particularly when handling financial data, documentation, and deadlines. Knowledge of or familiarity with the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) is strongly preferred, and experience with grant administration, particularly with state (DCED) and federal (EPA) funding sources, is beneficial. This is an excellent opportunity to support the day-to-day operations of a small, fast-paced, and collaborative team.  The position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $80,000 and an exceptional benefits package including comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance; a county pension plan and optional 457(b) retirement plan; eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF); tuition reimbursement; life insurance and long-term disability insurance; vacation time starting at 10 days; 40 hours of personal time annually; 12 paid county holidays; and sick leave.  This hybrid position is located in Norristown, PA.
