Minimum Qualifications
Five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience in a public works, utility, or infrastructure setting. Bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration, Operations, or related field preferred. PA Wastewater Operator Certification (or ability to obtain within one year) and valid driver’s license required.
