POSITION:                 Community Code Enforcement Officer
REPORTS TO:           Chief Code Enforcement Officer
FLSA STATUS:          Non-Exempt, Full-time
PAY RATE                   $21.37/hour min – $28.73/hour max, dependent on experience
SCHEDULE                7:30 am – 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday

Position Summary

This entry-level professional position will enforce codes and ordinances governing and related to subdivision and land development, zoning, building construction, property maintenance, rental housing, and historic preservation under the general guidance and supervision of the Chief Code Enforcement Officer.
