The OOR has updated its Right-to-Know Law Advisory.
The most significant update is that agencies in yellow status counties should now process RTKL requests and participate in RTKL appeals as they would normally. We recognize some exceptions may be necessary, and we will continue to address those on a case-by-case basis.
